New Beginnings Holistic Fitness Ministries, Inc., was established to assist churches and organizations in establishing holistic wellness programs within their church or organization. In addition to providing training to set up weekly aerobic and toning classes, ministry personnel will also assist in training individuals to facilitate the bible study component.
