November 7, 2005 New Beginnings Tools for SupportAny weight loss or exercise program can be successful but they will be more successful with the help and support of family and friends. The bible encourages us to “bear each others burdens” in Galatians 6:2. On our own we cannot do anything, but through Christ we can do all things (Philippians 4:13). We encourage you to enlist some friends and family to support you in your efforts to become fit physically, spiritually, relationally and emotionally. In an effort to assist you in this process New Beginnings/Temple Time has developed several tools that might benefit you. The New Beginnings/Temple Time Bible Study Guide- This guide is a 12 week bible study that has been developed to tie the physical, spiritual, relational and emotional fitness together. The bible study is complete with scriptures, prayers and testimonies. The bible study guide also contains a lifestyle covenant card, a personal assessment survey, journal pages, a measurement chart and frequently asked questions. A gospel aerobics video made for every day people by everyday people. Cost $20 Temple Time Personal 30 Day Meal and Cardio Journal- A resource designed to allow you to keep track of meals and cardio workouts. The journal includes scripture for spiritual encouragement.
